Why is the wrong Procedure showing up when I select an asset in the BuiltSpace App?

If a BuiltSpace Service Twin App user isn't getting the right Procedure, there may be a couple of possible reasons.
Possible Cause #1: Your Asset has the wrong Asset Category.
To fix this, simply edit the Asset and set it to the correct Asset Category and try again. If you require assistance, please contact one of your organization's administrators.
Possible Cause #2: The Procedure you're expecting is connected to the wrong Asset Category.
To fix this, one of your organization's administrators will need to edit the Procedure from the BuiltSpace web app and set it to the correct Asset Category.
Possible Cause #3: The Procedure doesn't exist.
To fix this, one of your organization's administrators will need to add a Procedure for this Asset Category.
