Upgrading to Service Twin App

The BuiltSpace Inspections app is no longer available for download on the Google Play Store and the iOS App Store. 

Service Twin® App is the new version of the Inspections App with advanced functionality. It is more intuitive and easier to use. It can be easily downloaded from the iOS App Store or from the Google Play Store. Search for BuiltSpace Service Twin® and download the app with the "blue logo".

Here are some benefits for switching over to the Service Twin® App:

• It is faster with an improved User Interface.
• It allows technicians to click more photos of the work performed and upload those as a record for the back office and the clients.
• The app allows the technicians to add any additional materials they used while performing the job as a PO and it can be seen by the back-office on the BuiltSpace web platform.
• The back-office can track the progress of the Job on the BuiltSpace web platform.

What you need to know about transitioning to Service Twin® App:

• Your management team should give us a call to discuss and approve a transition over to Service Twin® App.
• Your login credentials will remain the same and your data will not be lost.
• All of the out-of-the-box features you currently have are also available on the Service Twin® App unless you had some special customizations in your current Work Order form or any other feature. In this case, simply contact us to discuss a plan on how we can move forward.
