October 1, 2024 - v4.3
Users with permission can now edit visit details directly from the app. (Note: Adding or removing tasks from a visit is not included yet but is planned for a future release.)
The Building Details Slideout now displays all active issues within the building.
In both Building and Asset Details Slideouts, you can now view attachments on active issues.
The Unsubmitted Work banner is now more visible and has been added to the organization home screen.

Visit Statuses and Status Reasons are configurable from the Admin Portal Settings screen and are visible on the App.

“Required questions” enables administrators to select the specific components of a question that are mandatory. This includes the response, the long-text details, or a minimum number of accompanying photos.
“Scan to answer” empowers administrators to configure text-based questions in two distinct ways: either with a scanning option or a forced scanning mechanism. In the latter case, the textbox is rendered inactive, compelling users to utilize the scanning feature.
