Attachments on tasks support various file formats, including PDFs and movies.

“Required questions” enables administrators to select the specific components of a question that are mandatory. This includes the response, the long-text details, or a minimum number of accompanying photos.
“Scan to answer” empowers administrators to configure text-based questions in two distinct ways: either with a scanning option or a forced scanning mechanism. In the latter case, the textbox is rendered inactive, compelling users to utilize the scanning feature.

Conditional questions adapt based on a respondent's previous answers, showing relevant follow-up questions while skipping irrelevant ones, creating a relevant checklist format.
