Features

  • Ability to manage static asset groups directly from the Assets screen.

    • Add or remove assets in new or existing asset groups.

  • Assets Upload screen now allows you to create a new asset group with all the assets you are uploading.

  • Support for numeric comparisons on Asset Property changes:

    • Conditions include less than, greater than, in range, and outside of range.

  • Support for Asset Name conditions on Asset Property changes:

    • Trigger alerts when the asset name contains or starts with specified text.

  • Support for dynamic value comparisons on asset property alerts:

    • Alert when a property value is not the same as another property.

  • Procedures, Buildings, and Assets screens are now permissions-aware.

    • Users without permission to add/edit will see disabled buttons.

  • Users and Planner screens will disable add/edit buttons if the user does not have permission to make changes.

  • Building Details slideout now lists the Organizations that have access to a building.

Features

  • Ability to add Asset Property definition from the Procedure screen on any question when enabling Integrated Data.

  • In the Asset Details slideout, clicking on a Property row opens a mini slideout displaying the property’s history. If there are multiple numeric values, they will be shown both as a line graph and a list for easy analysis.

  • Permissions aware screens: The Users and Planner screens will disable add/edit buttons if the user does not have permission to make changes.

Features

  • Planner Preview tab

    • You can look ahead at the schedules for up to 11 months by selecting the month.  Schedules are expanded so you can see a list of visits in each schedule.

  • Planner

    • Next Start Date - When editing a schedule that has already run, Next Start Date is editable so that you can control exactly how the recurrence pattern changes

    • Next Start column - This column in the table will help you know what’s coming up and will help identify problems if a schedule gets stuck in the past.

  • Settings page

    • Users can manage a few default settings like Next PO Number, PO Prefix and Location.

  • Asset "Move" Functionality: A powerful new feature that enables users to move selected assets with ease. The "Move" action seamlessly transfers not only the selected assets but also all related data. This includes all asset components and their respective components, tasks, issues, QR codes, and inspections. This ensures a unified transition of assets and their associated information.

  • Bulk "Set Status" Option: Administrators now have the ability to perform bulk "Set Status" actions on multiple assets simultaneously. This feature simplifies tasks such as marking numerous assets as "Inactive".

  • Inline Editing for Asset Properties: The update introduces inline editing for the Asset Properties table. Users can effortlessly edit and manage asset properties directly within the Admin Portal. Additionally, it allows for the addition and removal of properties as needed.
