• Dispatch View on the Web App is specifically designed to enhance the management and visibility of scheduled visits. This feature provides a comprehensive overview of both assigned and unassigned visits, facilitating better coordination and planning of resources.

• Add the “Assigned to Organization” dropdown on visits and issues

  • Choose an organization working in the building.  The visit/issue will show up on their All Work screen. 

    • Visits will remain visible on the original Organization’s screen as well, so all users can see the progress

  • If the recipient Organization has a Primary Email Address (Users page --> Edit Organization), they will receive an email alert about the visit

Features

When submitting from the Service Twin App:

• Set asset photo when it doesn't have one already

• Calculate and store the "count of issues" for each inspection

• No longer required to generate issues for labour/material in order to calculate the total cost

Features

• Public (anonymous) attachments.  You can share files/links with the general public via a QR code

  • Add/Edit attachment: “Private” checkbox has been replaced with a dropdown (Private, shared, public)

    • Private: Building/Property Manager only.  

    • Shared: the default, good for most collaboration.  All building members can see it (all orgs/users in the building)

    • Public: the general public can now see this link.

  • This feature also works with Attachments on an Asset Group, i.e. you can post 1 link on many assets at once and share it publicly
