Article summary

To perform an inspection from the Browse screen, simply select the space or the asset you want to inspect.

Note
If you have both a space and an asset selected, the asset will be the one that's going to be inspected.
In this case, the asset will be the one that's inspected.  The selected space is serving merely as a filter for the asset selection card.

Selecting a Procedure

Once you have a space or an asset selected, choose a Procedure from the bottom.

If you can't find the procedure you are looking for, please refer to this article in our FAQ's.

When you are ready, simply tap the START button at the bottom of the Browse screen.  This will take you to the inspection screen.

Inspection screen overview

This section will explain how the Inspection screen works.  This is the core feature of the Service Twin app and this is where you will spend most of your time as this is where you will be recording all of your work.

The inspection screen is divided into ten (10) parts:

1 - Question Carousel
Use this to quickly jump to a particular question.  Swipe left or right to reveal more question numbers.
> Detailed Guide

2 - The Work Area / Question Cards
Use this area to record your work by answering the questions (or performing the steps) that are presented to you.  The work area allows you to enter detailed information about the work you perform as well as take or upload pictures to support the work you're recording.
> Detailed Guide

3 - New Issue
