Organization Home

Once you are logged in and have selected the organization you will be working in, you will start on the Organization Home screen.

Here is an overview of everything you can expect to see on the home screen of your organization.

A - Back button
Takes you to the Select Organization screen.

B - Organization Name
Displays the name of the organization you are currently in.

C - Hamburger Menu
Use this to see your connection status, access any unsubmitted inspections or to logout.

D - Refresh Organization Data
Use this button to fetch the latest data for your organization.  This includes procedures/questions, buildings, suppliers, tools, work categories and asset groups if they've changed since they were last loaded.

E - All Work
Use this to access a list of all available jobs and tasks.  Click here to find out more.

F - Explore Buildings
Use this to see a list of all buildings in your organization.  Access a particular building to see important information about the building or to record any work you're going to perform.

G - Scan QR
Use this to scan a QR code in order to quickly access any asset or space in one of your buildings.
