Review & Resolve Active Issues

In the previous article, you learned how to view information from the Asset Information screen. This article will show how to review & resolve Active Issues from the Asset Information screen.

Note:

To use this feature, update your Service Twin app to version 3.5.0 or above.

1. From the Asset Information screen, scroll down until you see Active Issues.

2. Tap on Active Issues to see which issues are still active on this Asset.

3. There are two buttons at the bottom of each Active Issues screen:

A. Green checkmark

If this issue is no longer an issue and/or the task has been completed, hit the green checkmark to close it. Once done, the issue will disappear from the Active Issues screen.

B. Red 'x'

If no action is required hit the red 'x' to close the issue. You will be asked to confirm if you want to close this issue. If you accept, the issue will disappear from the Active Issues screen.
