How to use Service Twin app offline or in poor connectivity

Article summary

The BuiltSpace Service Twin® App allows you to continue working in a building or worksite even when you have poor connectivity or no connectivity at all. 

However, you'll have to load your data before entering the poor or no connectivity zone. If you're performing scheduled work, you'll have to start your Visit in All Work. If you're performing unscheduled work, you'll want to have selected a building, and either enter by starting a new Visit or using the Browse option.

You'll know you're ready to go offline once you've gotten to the Pre-Inspection screen (See Picture A). Once you're here, you will be able to complete Inspections and save them to your device without network connectivity. You can view all of your unsubmitted Inspections by navigating to the Unsubmitted Inspections screen (See Picture B). Once you regain connectivity, you'll be prompted to submit all of your unsubmitted Inspections to the BuiltSpace server.
